Written by an MD and a Ph.D. this books offers all you need to know in regards to acid reflux for your kids and yourself. It’s written so that you may grasp what GERD is and it is causes. But it doesn’t stop there. It offers easy to follow schemes to control reflux with diet and/or medication. What’s more, it has an splendid section on how physical action may aid you as well. A fast read with all the answers to your questions when it comes to how you may get control of this problem causing a pandemic in our culture.

As somebody who suffers from Acid Reflux, I strongly commend this book. It’s time to grasp the causes and effects and cures of this now and again over looked condition. A will have to read for all sufferers.
