This book is a MUST for sufferers of acid reflux By A Whether you suffer from occasional heartburn or full-blown GERD, this book is your quintessential guide to living a more salubrious and happier life. It provides a perfective blend of facts and accessible clear or deep perception for bettering your quality of life. The book is staged in two very comprehensive sections. The introductory share deals mainly with the technical distinct features of this debilitating disease. The medical selective information is very well written in plain English yet it conveys the latest in scientific noesis regarding acid reflux. You’ll have no disturb learning all there is to recognise and what you may do to assure exact diagnosis and successful treatment. This original section alone could be a bestseller given the millions of humans who struggle with any form of this disease.

I like to cook and eat By A I have heartburn and find myself unconciously avoiding the foods that make me feel bad. I haven’t been capable to find any recipes worth making in other books and websites. They’re either boring or just not appetizing. I just purchased this book, but it’s easy to follow and in truth lists foods I ought to refrain from and tells me with regards to other treatments besides medication (which I hate to take). So far I’ve tried only one of the recipes (oven fried chicken), but it was delicious. Even my husband (who does not have heartburn) loved it, as did my two kids. If the other recipes are this good, this book will find a permanent place in my kitchen!

Disappointing recipe section By A Excellent background selective information on the disease. One of the most finish descriptions and reasons why sure foods cause problems. However, I was very disappointed with the recipe section. I was expecting recipes for dishes that did not include foods that may cause heartburn. Instead, there were very mutual recipes, a good deal of containing various ingredients that GERD suffers will have to avoid, with instructions such as “if you have troubles with onions, leave it out…” How helpful is that, really!?
